MTM Home Owners Association
General Information
The Mount Tabor Meadows Homeowners Association has the following membership fees:
- Initiation Fee: $600
- Annual Dues: $300
The HOA holds periodic meetings with MTM neighborhood homeowners. Exact time, date, and location information is posted online at HOA Meetings. Notices are emailed to all homeowners in advance so that an attendance count can be estimated.
Minutes are recorded for each HOA meeting. A list of meeting minutes and links to the associated files are available to MTM homeowners here. If you need more information, you can email the HOA Board at: hoaboard@mtmblacksburg.org

Board meetings are held every month on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7pm via Zoom.
